ProConnect:
Proconnect CTI is a suite of Application which makes both Telephone and Computer to work together better.
Proconnect CTI provides a connectivity between the client devices like Desktops/Notebooks and PDA and your IP based telephone system. The Proconnect desktop application runs on the client devices which will enable user to handle the calls more effectively and add capabilities to the user by extending to Dialer, SMS, and Messaging.
The desktop application lets the user to control the telephone from the desktop itself. The user can use the application to handle all the functionalities of the handset like answer, call, hang-p, transfer etc.. It will interface with the handset and provide screen pop-up with business information..
Screen pop-up
- Screen Pop-up applications are designed as per the customers business and their requirements. The application connects to the customer’s database and will allow for information to popup on the screen when a call comes or when a number is dialed.
- Though such screen popup applications are highly used in the call centers, our applications are designed to be used for any office, who would like to have complete information come up on the screen including CRM Integration.
- It is useful in all offices where some information needs to pop-up automatically when there is incoming call or outgoing call is made.
- Pop-up can be a form where an agent / user enter some data and stores in the database. Other pop-up can be integrated to the business database or business address book to pop-up the business transactions or information on the screen before the call is picked up.
- Screen Popup requires that the PBX supports CTI / TAPI Interface.

Preview Dialer Solution (PDS):
Preview dialing is an effective automated dialing technique when the agent requires more control over the call process and may prioritize the calls.
- Preview dialer automatically presents the phone service agent with contact information prior to the phone system dialing the number.
- The agent has complete control over the dialing process and can inform the phone system if and when the call is to be placed.
If the agent does not wish to proceed with the call, the phone system can present another contact for the agent to review.
CRM/ERP/Third-Party Integration:
ProConnect CTI integrates with any ODBC enabled CRM / ERP or other Third-Party Applications, to use their contact or customer database, or as the case may be.
